This class delves into the assassination of President John F. Kennedy, examining the cultural landscape of 1963, JFK’s biography, and Lee Harvey Oswald. It covers the events leading to November 22, 1963, Oswald's capture, JFK's hospitalization and funeral, and the current state of Dealey Plaza and JFK's gravesite.

Parking:
Please park in the main visitor parking lot located on Church Street, directly across from St. John United Church of Christ.
Entrance:
Enter through the Main Entrance/Front door on Church Street.
Entry Process:
Once inside, please press the button on the left to be buzzed in.
Getting to the Class Location:
After being buzzed in, you will see the reception desk and an elevator nearby.
  • Take the elevator down to the Basement/Lower-Level.
  • When you exit the elevator, turn right, then turn right again.
  • This will lead you directly into the Rathskeller Room, where the class will be held.
Additional Help:
Signs will be posted throughout the building to assist with directions, and staff will be around if anyone needs help.
We recommend students arrive 10-15 minutes early to allow time for parking and navigating the building.
